Although this isn't a blog, we use myrecipes.com a lot. It has recipes from a lot of the major magazines, ie. Cooking Light, Southern Living, etc. You can make your own recipe box with the recipes they have on their site as well as add your own. They also have a great search engine that allows you to choose specific things, ie. kid friendly, easy, etc
