DH, DD(7), DD(1), and myself will be enjoying the Dining Plan, and have no intention of leaving with any balances.

BACKGROUND: DH visited "the World" numerous times as a child, I myself only visited once as a child. Since he was so spoiled, he has every intention of spoiling our children (and future grandchildren - though MANY years off). This will be DD's (7) third trip, and DD's(1) first trip. Something you should know about DH - he loves to eat, and all vacations (not just the ones to WDW) must be planned around FOOD.

ADR's coming right up. Unfortunately I can't post the porn until we start our trip. ONLY 30 DAYS

I must start by saying this trip was a little last minute. We had developer points to use and none of our family members wanted to use them - so of course we're not going to let them go to waste It took several weeks but my husband finally convinced me that going to Disney twice within a 6 month time period wouldn't make it less fun It's also a nice reward for my 5 weeks of hard work in my grad classes

Being that this was a "last minute" thing, we only scheduled the resort at the beginning of May. It was a week or two later (well into the 90 day window) when I called on a Wednesday night after putting the kids to bed. This will be the third time taking the family to the world, and the third time on the Dining Plan(DP). It just makes sense. That being said we will be arriving late on a Sunday and leaving mid-day Saturday - thus getting 6 TS vouchers. On past trips we have used a TS for breakfast, but since DD(1) is too young to appreciate the character breakfast's and DD(7) has already done them, we decided to take our 6th TS and enjoy a nice dinner for our anniversary.

BTW - I had the nicest CM help me make the reservations I thought I wrote her name down, but I didn't. We had made a list of places we wanted to try for dinner (ones we haven't been to before) and didn't care about what days we ate at which. I was specific about the time window in which we are seated - especially since traveling with a 1 year old. Every restaurant I requested - I GOT

After reading another review, we have a change in ADRs. I couldn't subject myself to a 2.5 hour dinner with two children who will finish eating in 20 minutes, and then complain the rest of the meal. That certainly doesn't sound like a romantic anniversary dinner to me So, canceled the Yachtsman Steakhouse ressie and traded for Le Chef's de France, where we hope to see Remmie. Now, just have to decide what to do for a special ending to our meal. DH doesn't like wine, but I still want to do something special - he of course loves to eat, and does enjoy strawberries...

I am so sorry to hear that you have cancelled "Yachtsman's Steakhouse". It was one of our new found favorite from this trip. My DS and DH finished their "Cowboy" steaks without unbuckling their belts. I had the 24oz Porterhouse. It was so good yet too big for my sorry little appetite. There's always a "next time".
