Hi,

We are hoping to see Survivor at 5.45pm at Epcot on the 29th. Does anyone know approximately how long these concerts last? We have reservations at DTD at 7pm and have no idea if we'll be able to make it!

Any ideas? Thanks

Hellooooooooooooo? Anybody???????

Just bumping as this was almost on page 2 :teeth:

I they are around an hour. I could be wrong though. I think it depends a bit on the band though. If the crowd seems really into the concert, they may go slightly over their time slot. If you have to be at DTD for 7 I would say either skip the concert or go see what you can and just leave a little early.

ETA: On second thought, they might be half an hour. Lol, I was too focused on the music to really keep track of how long the concert was  Oh well, here's a bump hoping someone has a better memory than me :Pinkbounc

Seems to me, each Eat to the Beat show is 35-40 minutes, and that's a little shorter than the Flower Power and Sounds like Summer series shows. Show times last year were... 5:45, 7:00, 8:15.

You should decide, Survivor, or the DTD. I'd pick Survivor and having dinner at the kiosk's around the lagoon, or move the ressie to later in the evening.

They are 30 minute shows.

Your chances of making an ADR at DTD for 7 are slim and none. You would have to walk over to the BC to catch a DTD bus. You would be getting to the BC bus stop at 6:30 (at best), wait for the bus (5-45 minutes), and then (depending on if it is stopping at the BWI and if you need to go to the second DTD bus stop), 15-20 minutes to get to DTD.

Where are these concerts, and is there a schedule. I already know about the summer concert series.

All these concerts, the EAT to the BEAT and the FLOWER POWER concerts are right around 30 minutes. There's 3 shows each night and many times the bands play different songs for the 3 shows. If you want to see the 5:45 show which will end at 6:15, so you have 45 minutes to make the DTD reservation, I wouls say it's possible but unlikely you'll make it.

DOOM1001- Used to be 30-35 minutes for the shows, but I think they have stretched it out to 40-45 minutes. The "Sounds Like..." series seems to be about that, but I'll start timing them. Last fall I remember thinking that Loverboy had run out of time, and then they went right into "Weekend"! Let you know more when the series starts in September!

July 20, "Draw the Line" appearing in the Sounds Like Summer series

1st set- 41 minutes
2nd set- 45 minutes
3rd set- 41 minutes

It will be interesting to see how long the "Eat to the Beat" sets will be this year.
