Our menu is short this week, we leave on vacation on Friday. I have four days to cook all our fresh stuff. I also pulled chicken broth (I hope haha) and tomatoes from the freezer.
Tonight will be chicken pot pie.
We will have a spaghetti night but on rice.
That will leave a lot of lettuce, peppers, cucumbers, eggs, fruit, cheese, zucchini, beets, cabbage, brocolli and green beans to use up. So maybe two nights of veggie plates.

) - so I now use a mixture of 1/2 of that sauce with 1/4 peanut butter and 1/4 sunflower seed butter (both softened together in the microwave) with a little extra salt, pepper, hot sauce (you can use siracha or stick with Tabasco), and honey (to taste).
