Menu Plan Week of June 7th

Saturday - Hamburgers, pasta salad, cucumber/tomato slices

Sunday - Spaghetti / peas

Monday - BBQ chicken, baked beans, okra/tomatoes

Tuesday - Chicken salad

Wednesday - Taco salad

Thursday - Pizza

Friday - Grilled sausages, mixed peppers/onions, coleslaw,and chips

Tues: Cube Steak, mashed potatoes and garden salad
Wed: Grilled Chicken and pasta salad
Thurs: French Toast, eggs, bacon and fruit
Friday: London broil, grilled onions and corn on the con
Sat: Spaghetti with meat sauce and salad
Sun: Father's Day Surprise
Mon: Chicken, herb and butter pasta and carrots
Tues: Pork Chops, scalloped potatoes and peas
Wed: Cube Steak, mashed potatoes and veggie
Thursday: LEAVE FOR DAYTONA and then OFF TO DISNEY!!!

Some repeats, but we are using what we have on hand. Makes for more vacation shopping. :)
 
Tonight was baked chicken, couscous with broccoli and peppers, and roasted asparagus.

I have zero plan for the rest of the week. I'll make one with the grocery flyers tomorrow morning and then update this post.

Saturday was Turkey Burgers, Broccoli and Green Beans

Sunday.. Bacon wrapped chicken, Broccoli Salad, Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Monday.. Butternut Squash/Yukon Gold Potato/ Carrot soup, Homemade Bread

Tuesday..Baked Chicken, Parmesan Egg Noodles, Roasted Bell Peppers

Wednesday.. Pasta of some sort

Thursday.. Breakfast for dinner (scrambled eggs, toast, smoothies, fruit)

Friday.. Grilled Sausage, Baked sweet potatoes, broccoli, garden salad
 

We switched things up a litte

Wednesday we had grilled cheese with tomato soup

Thursday we had make your own pizza

Friday we had balsamic beef with baked potatoes and fruit

Saturday was sweet potato pancakes with sausage
 
We went home last week so we ate out all week. New week new menu!
Sunday- cod fish and fries
Monday- chicken sausage with onions and peppers
Tuesday- porkchops
Wednesday- fried shrimp (finding healthier option for me)
Thursday- crustless crawfish pie
Friday- chicken breast
Saturday- trout
 
We had a lovely weekend in Amish country with DHs family. Now back to eating at home!

Thurs: DD has rehearsal for her dance recital. Dinner will be on our own.

After a week with my DS graduation, my in-laws 60th wedding anniversary party, my wedding anniversary and my DS birthday we need to get back to eating at home! Here is what is in store for us this week.

Monday: Foil dinner with chicken, potatoes, carrots, onion and green pepper

Tuesday: Steak, mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli

Wednesday: Chicken fajitas, Spanish Rice, and Refried beans

Thursday: Pesto Pasta with chicken and zucchini

Friday: Beef and broccoli, fried rice and chicken egg rolls

Saturday: tacos, chips with guacamole and salsa

Sunday we had roasted chicken with mashed potatoes, gravy, and zucchini.

Monday we had pasta bake with salad.

Tonight we had chicken cutlets, rice pilaf, leftover zucchini, and orange slices
 
We were gone last week, so many restaurant meals! Happy to be home and cooking!

Hi everyone, I'm trying to get back to posting here. We have two big trips coming up in August and October that I want to save up for and the accountability helps to keep me away from the drawer full of $$$ take-out menus!

Saturday dinner was chicken burrito bowls, using up left overs from Friday.
Sunday lunch we ate out for Fathers Day.
Sunday dinner I grilled steaks, green beans and new potatoes, rolls, fruit

Tonight is Baked. Buffalo Chicken Taquitos

Tomorrow night will probably be pasta.
 
Tonight was supposed to be mac-n-cheese but a friend gifted us with these little beauties. I love freshly dug potatoes so tonight will be pulled pork with home fries :-)

I have pulled pork in the crock pot! And the same potatoes on my counter! It will be dinner tomorrow. The pulled pork isn't close to done yet.
 
Sunday we had bean soup and polenta lasagna. (The lasagna is really good - you get a tube of polenta from the store, slice it into circles, line a 9 by 13 pan with the circles of polenta, add a layer of spaghetti-type sauce, top with sauteed mushrooms, kale and onions plus a layer of vegan "cheese", more polenta, more spaghetti sauce, and a top layer of vegan cheese. Then bake.)

Monday night was seitan in barbecue sauce, steamed broccoli and edamame, and oven-baked sweet potato fries.

Tonight we had sweet potato aloo gobi with chickpeas.

Tomorrow I am not home for dinner so my family will eat leftovers.
