Tonight we're having sloppy joes made with ground turkey, oven baked FF maybe some sliced apples too.

We just had meatloaf, baked potatoes and green beans in cheese sauce. I swear my DH is crazy about my meatloaf.

Dalayneys totally amazing freakishly awesome meatloaf

2 lbs hamburger
1 jar pace pecante sauce (regular sized jar)
1 egg
cracker crumbs.
Salt and pepper

Mix all together really well, shape into a loaf, bake on a deep cookie sheet so all the grease drains away at 350-360 degrees for an hour.
The pecante sauce makes it crazy moist and absolutely amazing. And I used to hate hate HATE meatloaf.
