Sounds yummy. Zuppa Tuscano is my DFIL's favorite soup. Would you be willing to share the recipe.

Absoulutely! This was my first time making it and DH said it tasted just like Olive Garden...a HUGE compliment coming from him! :thumbsup2

Thursday:
We have to be at a mtg this night...probably some sort of fast food for dinner

Friday:
White Beans and Ham (STILL haven't made this meal that I have had the stuff for for three weeks! :rolleyes1)
Cheddar Corn Muffins
 
Here is what we have for the next 10 days or so:

Sun: Crockpot creamy Italian chicken over buttered noodles with pineapple

Mon: Spaghetti, garlic toast

Tues: Pork chops, alfredo noodles, green beans

Wed: dance night, we'll grab something quick

Thurs: Chicken lettuce wraps, jasmine rice

Fri: Hot dogs, chili sauce, mac & cheese

Sat: Crispy chicken tacos, cheesy nachos

Sun: Crockpot cube steaks, baked potatoes, corn

Mon: Sausage tortellini soup with fresh baked bread

Tues: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, honeyed carrots

Wed: dance night, DD and I will grab a bite before dance. DH is taking the boys to our local baseball teams fandemonium.

Monday: Greek Salad with Chicken and Pita

Tuesday: BBQ Pork Tenderloin, Mashed Potatoes, and Corn

Wednesday: Shrimp Lo Mein

Thursday: Roman Chicken, Green Beans, and Italian Bread

Friday: Pot Roast with Potatoes, Carrots, and Onions

Saturday: Salmon Fillets over Rice and Asparagus

Sunday: Grainy Mustard Chicken Thighs with Potatoes and Green Beans

And I am slowly working on the list for the next week...
 

Time for the Sunday night weekly menu. We're eating much healthier so I am going to need some new recipes soon. We're getting mighty tired of salads and our usual veggies so I need to keep this exciting. If anyone has any ideas I am all ears:)

Monday.. Grilled Chicken Burgers, Carrots and dip and cucumber.

Tuesday.. Butternut Squash Soup and turkey sandwiches

Wednesday.. Chili, whole grain rolls and salad

Thursday... Whole grain pasta, meat sauce, broccoli

Friday .. likely Subway, it's a busy busy day and I won't want to cook and the boys have to go out for the evening.

Saturday, French dip sandwiches and asparagus. Going to look for a healthier version of my usual recipe.

Sunday is usually grocery day and dinner at my parents.
 
This week we're having:

Mon. - Seasoned pork chops, baked potatoes, steamed broccoli
Tue. - Chili (made w/ground turkey), cornbread, salad
Wed. - Chicken Fajitas
Thurs. - Mesquite pork tenderloin, baked beans, squash
Fri. - Southwest Chicken Flatbread

I made a nice apple strudel for tonight. :)
 
My menu starting 1/14 and ending 2/2. I do have pneumonia (2nd time since December) so I didn't do as well as normal at grocery. I will do better next time.

Monday - Sloppy Joes (made with 1/2 ground chicken, 1/2 ground beef), slaw and over roasted potatoes.
Tuesday - still feeling awful, left over sloppy joes and chicken soup our of freezer for e.
Wednesday (hopefully I will be feeling better)– making it easy on me, salad and pizza (frozen that we had a coupon for)
Thursday – Part Deux night - pork fried rice with ham I had left in the freezer from the holiday (this should finish up the ham from that I still have another one in there I got 75% off after Christmas) and pot stickers
Friday –– Baked Fish with Couscous and Italian Style Veggies
Saturday –use a gift card we got for Christmas to eat out
Sunday – Chicken and Dumplings (made healthier using chicken breast and GF dumplings) with carrots
Monday – Pot roast with potatoes and carrots in the slow cooker
Tuesday –- Part Deux – shepherds pies using left over pot roast
Wednesday –pasta with chicken and veggies
Thursday – home made pizza with salad
Friday – Chicken Soup with grilled 3-cheese sandwiches
Saturday – breakfast for dinner, GF waffles with home made turkey sausage, cut up fruit
Sunday – baked fish, veggie couscous, peas/carrots
Monday - Chicken and dumplings with carrots, celery, and peas
Tuesday - tuna croquettes with jasmine rice and veggies
Wednesday -Make your own salad bar with grilled chicken, cheese, dried fruit, wonton noodles, cut up veggies and choice of dressings.
Thursday - Part Deux - stir fry using leftover chicken, veggies and rice form Tuesday and Wednesday
Friday - Nachos using chili I have it the freezer.
Saturday - DS's 25th birthday, this will be his choice. He will let me know a few days before. I would assume steaks with baked potatoes and a veggie.

Sunday: Kielbasa, pierogi's, baked cabbage, and corn
Monday: Pepperoni bread w/dips and salad
Tuesday: Soft Tacos and rice
Wednesday: Cheesy Chicken and stuffing (Crockpot)
Thursday: Pork loin, (crockpot) sweet potatoes, veggie
Friday: Stuffed peppers, salad
Saturday: Clean out the fridge of left overs
 
It was a super busy weekend around here. A good family member who was like another Grandfather to me passed away, and I volunteered to take my cousin back to college yesterday.

Friday night we ended up going out after the wake
Saturday we had london broil with hash browns, carrots, and fruit
Sunday I picked up a roasted chicken and sides at the grocery
Tonight we had lasagna with salad
 
This week we're having:

Tue. - Rosemary roasted pork chops with potatoes (McCormick Seasoning packet)
Wed.- Chili as above
Thurs.- Maybe the pork tenderloin. I put it in the freezer. The chicken fajitas were a big hit. Everyone requested it for another night.
Fri.- Probably the southwest chicken flatbread
 
Sunday - Chicken fajitas
Monday - Fend for yourself
Tuesday - Pulled pork, cole slaw, chips
Wednesday - Leftovers
Thursday - Frozen pizza or pasta
Friday - Buffalo chicken in crock pot
Saturday - Take out or leftovers
 
yesterday was lasagne with pink sauce and bechamel. (very rich)
Today - pounded thin and breaded chicken breasts with baked potatoes and corn
tomorrow - leftover lasagne, texas toast, and a salad.
 
Sun - Football Fast Food - Taco Bell:)
Mon - BBQ pulled chicken sandwiches, broccoli slaw, apple slices
Tues - BBQ chicken mac and cheese, sliced kiwi
Wed - Stuffed Scallops (great deal at store), Tator Tots, Pear Gorgonzola Salad
Thurs - Rotisserie Chicken (another great deal), Sliced Strawberries, Roasted Carrots
Fri - Manwich And Cheddar English Muffin open-faced sandwiches, French Fries, Zucchini, apple slices
Sat - Church potluck (bringing fruit ambrosia salad)
 
Oops...been so busy I haven't been on the DIS in nearly a week!

Last Thurs we had hamburger helper, salad
Fri was steak and potatoes, salad
Sat was homemade seafood lasagne
Sun was leftover lasagne
Mon was homemade pizza
Tues was ham fried rice

Tonight is fish and chips (whoot! Been waiting two weeks to have this!)
Tomorrow is homemade pasta fagoli
Fri is scallops and rice, salad
Sat is roast beef, potatoes, salad
Sun is leftovers
Mon is homemade calzones, salad
Tues is scallop alfredo pasta, salad
Wed is grilled cheese sammies and tomato soup
Thurs is rotisserie chicken with stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy and something green
Fri is Indian night (samosas, basmati rice and chicken tikka masala with naan)
Sat is Boeuf Bourginion (crockpot)
Sun is leftovers

**I have my meal calendar done up until March 3rd (and the accompanying shopping lists are ready too) but I think this is as far as I'll go for now!
 
Sunday: Homemade pasta fagioli w/ bisquits
Monday: Baked chicken, spinach w/ garlic oil & baked smiley face fries
Tuesday: Pepper & Egg frittata w/ toast. My dad stopped by with Arabic spinach pies and pita bread too..yum!
Wednesday: Tortellini and mushrooms
Thursday: chili w/ rice
Friday: homemade veggie pizza (mozz sticks for apps)
Saturday: BBQ baked chicken legs, potatoes and a veggie side.
