I am updating- I have bought my paper to use. I decided to get out of my comfort zone and use some patterned paper for these elements.

I second that it looks really good I'm doing Chip and dale and my eyes hurt so bad by the time I was done last night.
Maybe if I get enough Princess paper peicings i won't need to buy the cartridge.

Please post. I love to look at photos. And thanks for the nice words. I think it is acceptable. It is not as easy to peice together as some of the others. I think my farmer Mickeys turned out much better and I had to cut them by hand!

I finished the rest of the Cin & Prince paper piecings. I put everything I could into the X xyron in the afternoon and pieced them together tonight. It was much faster the second time around.

If you can get a DOLE label and color copy it...or get a couple of lables and put them on a color copier or scanner and it could be your background paper.

OK, got everything created on my computer, just need to wishblade all of it and assemble. Shouldn't take too long since it can be cutting while I am assembling other things.

You guys are fast! I haven't even started this one yet!

Please be sure that your items are in baggies in a big zipped baggie inside the envelope or box - my porch is NOT covered so if it rains things will get wet. The postman has been using plastic bags lately but things still get wet sometimes.

Designed (with the help of my photos of the restaurants this week). I hope they come out like they are in my head. I'll be working on them this weekend -- somehow. Probably tonight. Tomorrow is DD's "birthday party" at her Emommy's lake house and we see the Lion King in ATL on Sunday. But, I'll fit this in. Picked up paper and stuff yesterday.

Question on one of my elements. For French Fries, I am going to be trying a paper piecing as one element -- have a kit I'm trying to copy. The other element, I'm thinking of doing a french fry bag with a tag in it big enough to put a picture on -- though cropped. Any opinions?
