WITHOUT the kids??

Wow, that sounds like a very romantic vacation. Should we be expecting any "little souveniers"? [that is my all time favorite Disney commerical!]

Well we went on a cruise and it was very romantic. As for a little souvenier, anything is possible. I think I have my DH convinced that we can do a Disney cruise with the kids in a few years. He was totally against cruising, but I think he is hooked.

Hi Maria,
I'm not sure why I am listed under two seperate screen names (HavenCruiser and SharonD150 are both "me".) Anyway, I should be down for

C1 LeCellier
F Fulton's
G1 Beaches and Cream
H3 Dole Whip

I have finished cutting and outlining all the pieces for Farmer Mickey. Still have to assemble. My paper arrived today for my snack group. I hope to get a lot done tomorrow. DH is home and I am having a scrap day!

ok I might have missed this but when is he actual due date?

Finished snack group. Hope to finish Garden grill tonight!

Because I will forget later - I can pick your stuff up when I drop off or pick up my MK groups.

And on the progress front - I did nothing here yet!

Yikes!!! I decided to do the Cinderella & Prince dancing piece from the Happily Ever After cart for my 1900 Park Fare spot. Last night I spent about 2 hours cutting all of the pieces. I used 7.5 inches -- so it is big, but that was the smallest I could do. The eyes are literally specks. I didn't even bother trying to lift them off the mat. I did get the lips off the mat and that was a feat all on its own. I sat down tonight around 9:30. It took me over an hour to get one done:scared1: I used my xyron X, wet adhesive, tab tape and my ATG -- all on the same paper piecing. I did the eyes and the prince's teeth by gluing a tiny piece of white on the back of the faces. I used a fine point marker to make the prince's pupil and a glaze pen to make Cinderella's pupil (no irises). Her earring did not cut well so I used stickles for that. It took me so long to get Cindy's face in position. I started at the top and worked my way down; it seems like the best way for this piece.

For now, I stuck it in a drawer and I will look at it tomorrow. If I am going to spend that amount of time on it, it should look pretty darn good. Maybe I'll post a photo tomorrow.

Checking in but I haven't started any of this Swap yet.
But I did get some paper.

It took me forever to do Jasmine & Aladdin. :rotfl2:
I ended up using my glaze pens for eyes & lips. I couldn't even see the pieces of paper I was supposed to use. :rotfl2:

Here it is....what do you think?
