DH and I just decided last night that it would be best to shorten our trip this year. We usually (and were planning to again) stay for 11 nights. Since our oldest is a HS junior we thought summer was our only option for a long trip this year and I already booked a room at the Dolphin in June.
Normally I am too cheap to pay the holiday prices, but with the discount the cost is about the same for 6 nights at Easter or in June.
I know both will be crowded, but I have no first-hand knowledge of either time to compare the two (previous trips in May, Late Aug, Sept, and Oct). Are the Easter crowds too stressful to be enjoyable? Or do the lower temperatures make it more bearable than summer?

If it works out to go with her again that will be great, but we can't guarantee that schedules with college, internships, and jobs will allow for that. The three kids are looking at this trip as an opportunity for lots of sibling bonding time, so we want to keep plans to a minimum. I'm expecting spontaneous decisions by the kids to head to a different park for lots of rides, walk to Epcot from the resort to eat, etc.
