Easter Sunday in MK

I was wondering if there really was an Easter Parade on Easter Sunday in the Magic Kingdom. We are planning to spend our Easter in the MK and was hoping to see it if there was one.

There should be a parade but it is not telecast live.

I beleive that they do not have an Easter Parade anymore. We saw it in 1999(I think) and it was fantastic. I have since heard that only the regular 3pm parade is on. By the way, MK is a zoo on Easter...we thought the crowds were worse than Xmas and we left right after the parade. Hot, rude, pushy people. For those of us who have been many times and will return in the future, its not worth the hassle! IMHO!

We taped the 1999 Disney Easter Parade on TV because we had to visit the inlaws and I didn't want to miss the parade. I'm thrilled that we did because it hasn't been on TV since! We watched it again yesterday! S

We have been there a few times on Easter. We got there very early and were afraid of big crowds. We were surprised that we were able to do some big rides right away. (use fastpass). At about 10:30 or so it began to get VERY busy, so we left! Not that big a deal, just be prepared!
