We had ham, mac & cheese, potato casserole, green beans, and a huge side of anxiety with a few sprinkles of contempt.

We kept it simple and had a potluck with a friend. The menu consisted of ham, mashed potatoes, green beans, rolls, coconut and pineapple upside down cakes.

We went to Maria and Enzos with friends. My grown daughters (age 26) are 14 hours away and had just flown home, on Saturday, from a 1 week trip to Ireland. I had thought to fly them to us for Easter but they were just getting back from Ireland so that didn't work out. Our 3, living, elderly parents are also 14 hours away but I am on the outs with my mom. I tried to plan going to her to cook for our family but she said nope. So we stayed put and went to brunch with good friends. Our son-28 was around but sick with flu like thing and stayed in bed.
