East Coast Island Wedding

Anyone have any ideas on a site for an island wedding off the east coast? (but not Florida.)

Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard (in the summer...not so much in the winter!)

Monhegan island, Maine in the summer of course, unless you are very very brave then do it in the winter, lol. (but the lobstermen will laugh at you)

Bermuda would be a short flight for you. You'd need passports though.

We've been toying with Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket... but it's sooooo expensive to stay there. I guess any island would be, but I like the idea of an island wedding. Bermuda sounds LOVELY... but it's too far and too tropical... we want somewhere we can drive to and take a ferry out. Probably in August......

Block Island. You can stay in Bridgeport or Newport and take the ferry over easily.
