What is the best early morning strategy now with Guardians of the Galaxy open at DCA??? Are Fast passes running out quickly?? Has this alleviated the lines for radiator springs racers at all??? curious as to everyones thoughts.

As far as your best early morning strategy, it depends on what you want to do first and whether you have EMH. Right now (a non-EMH morning with the parking having opened 40 minutes ago), GotG is 30 minutes standby, RSR is 40, and nothing else is longer than ten.

FPs for GotG have actually been lasting longer than those for RSR for the last few days, its standby line is often an hour or less, and I don't think I've seen it hit more than 90 minutes in the last week and a half. RSR lines have gone down, but not enough to make a huge difference. They still hit two hours with regularity.

Guests are realizing that Guardians is more intense than Tower even though the story is less scary.
More families can ride RSR. Therefore RSR FP is starting to run out sooner.

In regards to EMH, your main focus should be Guardians and the Cars Land attractions. Once the park is about to open head toward Paradise Pier
So it should be like this...

Be at the Main Entrance to DCA 30 minutes before EMH starts.
When EMH begins, head down Buena Vista St. and veer left towards Hollywood Land and ride Guardians first.
Then head through Bugs Land to Cars Land and ride Radiator Springs Racers next, then Luigi's, then Mater's.
Park should be officially open or about to open. Grab FP for Toy Story Midway Mania, ride Screamin, then Fun Wheel, then use FP for TSMM, then Goofy, Jellyfish, Symphony, Zephyr.

When I was there on Saturday GOTG said 180 minutes in the middle of the day.
