Early Morning Magic Parks?? HELP!!

Does anyone know what parks are EMM for the month of August. We are there August 22-29 and would like to avoid these parks on these days as I have heard that they are usually busier?

If you can get up early enough and you have park hoppers, it is definitely worth it to go to MK for morning EMH. In August, that's the only time the parks are cool enough. Then you can hop to another park when the crowds get there.

The EMH parks are VERY busy by lunch. We always use them though because, that first hour is great. We have fast passes pulled by the time the park opens and are on our way towards Adventure land. After lunch, we are ready to leave anyway so, the bit of extra crowd is no big deal for us (we're sooo far ahead of them). If you are staying off site, I would deffinitley avoid EMH parks as you can't take advantage of them.

I am not sure if they change on a monthly basis, but they do change. In fact, like I wrote above, you need to check the listings right up until you go as they change the dates without warning! Which can make planning difficult for things like ADR's. Just check them often!

We'll be at ASMovies 8/25 - 8/29!
Early EMH were absolutely essential to us at MK when we were there over Spring Break. We got all we wanted to do done by 2pm and left for Epcot. I would never go to AK for early EMH again though. It seemed like the ENTIRE resort went, it didn't help that it fell on a Saturday either. It took a long time to get a bus because the busses kept filling up. Once we got there it was obvious that 90% of the people run straight to the Safari, and the other 10% go to It's Tough to be a Bug. At least at MK, people seem to scatter to various areas and rides. I hope that helps.

We just returned. Didn't like EMH (a.m.) at MK at all. They didn't check our room IDs and I wondered how many non resort guests got in. It was very crowded by 8:30. EMH at night (they did ask for our room key then) was likewise crowded until about an hour before closing then we could ride without a long wait. We usually went to a different park than the EMH one. I preferred when Disney had Early Mornings at a different resort every day.
