Early Morning Magic in August - watching for ADRs to go live!

I'm excited about this! Especially if it holds that the change to Sunday from Saturday (that's what is showing as bookable online right now) is true because that fits perfectly into our MK day. I'll dump my BOG PPO ADR and do this event instead. Now to wait for it to actually be able to book.

Anybody know how long it takes from when it is selectable on the bookings page to actually being able to book?

I'm really on the fence about EMM for July, especially knowing that they may be selling more tickets this time around. We presently have 2 PPO ADR's at BOG, and one of them falls on a Tuesdsay. Not really sure if I should dump both, and just do EMM on one of our MK days... I've really hit a wall with this one.:ssst: For those of you with EMM for June dates, how far in advance did they open booking?

We aren't doing a ppo bog or EMM this trip but we will do at least one of those in June 2017 (if it's still going then and there aren't major changes). Will be interested to see if they continue to increase the amount of tickets available.

They would have to probably triple the attendance for it to be a noticeable difference and I don't think they can handle that many for breakfast. We rode 7dmt 10 times and the trains were never more than half full. Towards the end more like a quarter full. This was definitely a highlight of the trip for my DS5 and I highly recommend it.

This is scheduled for two Tuesdays while we are there in August, but not available to reserve yet. I can't wait until I can reserve it!

Oh what a bummer...! They aren't doing it at all over the 4th of July weekend. I was planning on letting my husband sleep in while I went and played if they extended it.

Now I just want them to become bookable! Since they seem to have become pretty popular, I don't want to miss out.

You did not miss it. This happened when the first dates were released also. It's just not available for booking yet. I have an EMM planned for 6/28 and I have been checking occasionally to see if it has been extended. I also noticed something else - dates in June that were not available a couple days ago now have availability. I am wondering if they added more availability for June and the EMM from here on will be more crowded than others had been.
Any news on when they will open the new dates for booking?

Just FYI - I was able to book for August 23 this morning - it must have been a glitch of some sort but I have an email confirmation from Disney and it shows up in MDE - I haven't heard that anyone else has gotten one - but somehow the pixie dust landed on me this morning!

It says breakfast is til 10. Can we show up at 10 and eat or is the food put away then?

Oh Sundays would be perfect for our October trip! I hope they extended it again. My youngest's birthday is one of the Sundays of our trip and while she won't be tall enough for Mine Train, she'd love to ride Pooh and Peter Pan over and over while DH takes our oldest on Mine Train.

You can show up until 10:00. We left shortly after 10 and people were still eating. They refilled both sides of the buffet sometime around 9:45, because they were low on some things and when I went by it a bit later they were full again. The CMs were wonderful. One got me Diet Coke even though it wasn't supposed to be a choice, and she practically made us take a few waters to go when we left. She all checked on us a lot, even though it isn't a table service buffet. The place was almost empty the entire 30 min we were there, just a few families at any one time.

Oh man, now I'm going to want to check constantly! Until I read your post I was content to check occasionally and wait until I hear something otherwise.

I edited the title Since my original question has been answered but now I want to know if anyone finds it open for reservations so I can book right away!!

I have MK planned on a Tuesday that this is scheduled for. So now I'm considering adding this add on. Sounds fun, but not sure it will be worth it for 3 adults. Decisions, Decisions!

With the purchase of regular theme park admission and a reservation to Disney Early Morning Magic, Guests of all ages can be among the first to enter Magic Kingdom park and experience a trio of famous Fantasyland attractions:The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train and Peter Pan’s Flight!

So....for $69 you get breakfast and the opportunity to ride just these 3 rides? No other rides are open?
Yep. You can ride them repeatedly and people who've gone report literally no lines the whole hour of exclusive time. You're admitted at 7:45, but the event lasts until 10, although regular guests are still let in just before 9 as usual. It would free up your Fastpasses for use on other rides later, as you'll be done with these 3 and you're well-positioned in the park to head to other rides at rope drop. For my family of 5 (who would also rather sleep in) it's a big "no way", but lots of people seem to love it.
