I think, if there is ANY difference, they will start the "MK Welcome" rope drop show at about 8:54, or so, and let guests in at straight-up 9AM.

If you mean whether the "crowd-level" will be affected, I'm thinking that there won't actually be enough guests at the EMM to negatively affect most rides.
7DMT will likely be a bit busier.
