early entry/ RD frontierland strategy

What about this?
Space Mountain for early entry
Buzz early entry, then rush to Splash (what would the quickest way be?)
then straight to Splash which is a major hike and then Big Thunder (can't imagine people are headed to Splash first thing in the am)

What do you all think?

No way are you going to get on space and buzz and get in a position to rope drop splash with very little wait- at least based on last week. Maybe you could do it for just Buzz. The only way you could do it for space is if you
Somehow manage to be in the first few people to the ride, and even then with all of the walking I doubt you could still do buzz and make it to a rd area for Frontierland. I wanted to do BTMRR first because it was shirt and then splash, but after waiting 45 min to get on Pp during EE and all of the chaos
Around EE we missed real RD by a lot and by the time we got to Frontierland it was in the ballpark of an hour (I think over but can’t remember for sure) for both rides.

Would it be possible to do IASW at EE and then get in position to RD BTM? Or is that wishful thinking?

Thank you SO much for your advice!

I will need to rethink my plans!
I am trying to come up with a plan myself. At this point I am leaning towards doing Space Mtn only if we can make it near the front for ETPE. Then hoofing it to Frontierland for RD. Otherwise we will likely stick to other FL rides like Tea Cups and/or maybe LM and enter by the PP ride.

We are there next week. Plan was to ride buzz then head to btm but not sure if it’s even worth it to go on buzz for early entry. Does the rope drop crowd by PP towards Frontierland get in quicker than the regular guests? May be worth it just to go to the early entry just to line up for BTM, Splash, then HM. After that maybe we will head to buzz.

I think I’ve come to accept that I will be standing in longish line for either BTMRR or HM. 4 WDW vets are taking 3 newby kids ages 6-9. I had originally thought do a few Tomorrowland rides then go to frontierland for those headliners like the old days, but that just sounds stressful the more I read. My day 1 plan is grab a Splash LL for (hopefully) the morning then RD Space, Speedway, & Buzz. Then we will either do our Splash LL or ride HM or BTMRR depending on LL time & wait times. Anything more than this will be a bonus In my mind for one morning. I’m trying to not crisscross the park. If deluxe hours stay the same we will be back in the evening for those and can knock out more rides. Plus we have 2 more MK days for different strategies.

Our plan was to EE Space and Buzz, then go over to Splash or BTMRR with the park opening crowd. I don't expect we will walk on either, but hoping the waits will be in the 20 min range.
