Early Entry Days

Are early entry days always the same or do they change weekly, monthly? If they are always the same, could someone please tell me which parks are which days? I'm starting to figure out a basic itinerary, so I can start making my priority seating arrangements, so it would be helpful to know when the early entry days are. Thanks!
