early dinner adr....about 4pm?

Looking to find a restaurant that offers a dinner adr about 4pm(4:30 or later would be to late). The restaurant would need to be outside the parks and on the DP. Any suggestions? Most seem to start at 5 from what I can tell, but didn't know if I missed any?

It appears many resorts have 5PM dinners but parks and and DS will get you a 4:30 adr
