Early booking options

Hi! I know for early booking you can only book on the day of your level. I know it opens at 08:00 and I know you can hop on the computer to book. I think it’s 10% of the cruise fair that you need to put down at that time. In case the site crashes, is calling in to DCL an option as well or only travel agents are allowed to do that? Cheers!

Yes! Thanks! My plan is to book via computer / app; however, Disney is famous for their site crashing so I was trying to find backups.
