Can someone tell us what time the MK ferry and or Monorail start? What time do the gates open for the parking lot? I need times for an assumed 8am open. If I took a cab from my resort, it would drop me at MK bus area correct? And then we could walk to the entrance? I am looking for legit answers here, any CM's looking at this? Thank you for the help.

I'm not sure exactly what time they start for an 8:00 opening, but it will be at least 7:00.

A cab will drop you off at the TTC, not the bus area - you would stilll need to take the ferry or the monorail to get to the park. You would be better off having the cab drop you off at the Contemporary and walking to MK from there.

The monorail starts it's first run at 7am. Not sure about the boat....probably around 7 if the park is opening at 8.
A cab will not take you directly to MK. Only resort buses can do that. A cab can drop you at either the CR or at the TTC. You could walk over to MK from CR...takes under 10 mins.

MK parking is open 24 hours.

The Resort Monorail starts running at 7, regardless of park opening time. It will get you from TTC (parking) to MK, but with 2 stops en route.

The Express Monorail & the Ferryboat are both scheduled to start 30 minutes before park opening, but may start earlier if heavy crowds are anticipated.
