Earl of Sandwich - Holiday sandwich

I'm having one of these bad boys on arrival night...in 11 days!

I have never had one yet but it is high on my list for this year! I can not wait to try it. I also am interested to know if they use fresh cranberries or the jellied kind. (actually I like the canned cran sauce lol, but I have a feeling it will be the fresh kind!) Anyone have a pic??

I tried it on Saturday and it was divine! If you like the All American, this is a good one to try b/c you will like it too.

The cranberries are not all jell, its like fresh - its a cranberry "compote" type of mixture with some cranberries and a little jelly in there too.

I have an obsession. An Earl holiday sandwich obsession. Do they make an EHS Anonymous for that?

Trip last year I bought two, one to eat now, one to put in the fridge for the next day. My dh forgot to put it in the fridge and it sat out all night. I had to throw it away!!!! I didn't speak to him for the rest of the day.

I was looking forward to cranberry sauce/jell-type, I'll just have to order it without the cranberries! I can't wait, less than 2 weeks.

try it with the cranberries, I donot remember it being chunky, because I donot like whole berry. It just makes the sandwhich the best ever.

The day after Thanksgiving it is a tradition to have a turkey, stuffing, jellied cranberry sauce and mayo sandwich. So good....

Only 18 more days until a Holiday sandwich is mine In fact, my current plan is to drive directly from Tennesse to Downtown Disney. Do not pass go, to not collect $200...just give me some Earl of Sandwich

We will be having one in 10 days. Oct.14 here we come.

We'll be there about the same time (Oct 9th-17th). I love EOS, but didn't know anything about this sandwich. It sounds soooo good. We were planning on going to DTD when we arrive this Saturday to eat at WGP Express. Looks like I may be trying to talk my husband into EOS instead. Only four more days!

Hey, if I can't talk him out of WGP Express, I'll be back down there in Dec. Do they have these then also?

I agree!! I think all of us fans need to write to EoS corporate headquarters and ask that it be made available all year 'round. There's really no reason why it can't be?

I cannot tell you how excited I am to hear that it's back! I had one two years ago and unfortunately never got over there last year. But this year, oh it's on!!!! 10 days and here I come!

DH and I did this when we went in May. We left Northeast Ohio at around 6:30am and pulled into DTD at 9:30pm and went right to EOS.

WOW one more thing to look forward to. We tried EOS last Sept. It was fantastic. This sandwich sounds even better than the all american.
