e-mail rates and postcards

I've read many people's posts on they got a post card or an e-mail from Disney offering them a special rate. How do you get this? Have you booked through CRO directly. We book through a travel agent and have never received any of these special discounts.

Go to Disney's website. There are plenty of opportunities to register as a member of the site (you don't have to be a Disney Club member, although you can register in this area as well) - indicate in your profile the special offers that you want to receive.

I have only received one postcard offer, but I have received 2 or 3 email offers this year.
