DVCMember website problem

This has happened to me before, and truthfully I don't remember how I fixed it. If anyone else has a solution for me, I would love to hear it.

My cookies were cleared from my computer, so when I log onto DVC member website, I get the "enter the pin number and pass word you got in the MAIL". Well, that was over a year ago, and I have been using my own log in ID and password. I cannot get to the screen that will let me enter my own user ID and password. Everything I get asks me for that info from the mail.
I remember this has happened to a few others, so if you remember how you got to the regular log in screen, please let me know. I've tried everything I can think of.

DVC, this is one HUGE annoying glitch!!

I have the same problem and can only access things via calling ms. any help would be great.

I have that problem occasionally also. I've found that if I close out all of my browsers and open a new browser, it takes me to the correct login page.
