DVC Sales Offfice at BWV?

What are they doing with the old DVC sales office. I know they are converting the backside to rooms but what are they doing to the side facing the boardwalk.. Are there going to be rooms on the 1st floor facing the boardwalk (that would be nice) or is there going to be a new store, club, bar, restaurant or is what else???

I was there a week ago and both the front and backside have been converted to rooms. From the outside both sides appear to be complete. They have especially done a great job with the backside rooms. The rooms facing the boardwalk are fairly far back. It looks like they will have a great perspective of the boardwalk and yet still provide some privacy.

By the way, the boardwald replacement is coming along and is an amazing improvement.

Does anyone know when the first floor would be opening, will there be any 2BR does the patio door lock automatically or have a key entrance?????
