and add your own DVC Contracts that were rofr'd and not rofr'd

That's a great link. But it looks like it hasn't been updated in a while. Make sure you keep on eye on the ROFR thread running on this board as well.

It looks like the information is a year old. There has been a price increase since then. You should use the data in the ROFR thread instead.
