DVC Resort Online Survey

Recevied in the mail a postcard for BWV asking me to log on to the internet and fill out a survey concerning our recent stay. We gave high marks to everything except the transportation. Even asked us if a cast member was exceptionaly helpful, and another question if any cast member was not up to expectations. It also asked if we were DVC members.

We did not receive any such survey for our March stay, and was wondering how common this survey is asked of us. Did anone else receive a survey recently ??

In the last two years, I've gotten the survey request for two out of three stays (HH & VB, but not BWV).

We also received a survey.

I didn't think it was really pointed at DVC members but really at anyone who stayed on-site.

I was very suprise about the length of the survey!

I just received a postcard about this yesterday, for a stay we had at VWL in Nov. This is the first online one we have received. On our trip to BWV and Vero in Aug, we had received two paper surveys to fill out.

We got one after our OKW stay the first week of Oct.

PLUTO4PRES; This actually came as a pleasant surprise. We hadn't received one before. Overall, I gave the BWV high marks, either excellant or verygood in almost every question. The only low mark I gave was transportation, and the survey asked specifically why I gave it a low mark, and I also gave shopping only a fair mark.

We also received a postcard to fill out an electronic survey for our recent stay at the VWL. I went on-line and the first question in the survey was "How did you enjoy your stay the Dinsey's Yacht Club?" and the remainer of the questions dealt with the YC and not VWL. Figure that one out?

I just filled out an Internet survey on our trip last February. I was notified by E-Mail and was offered $5 or $10 which I donated to charity.
The survey itself was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay toooooooooooo long and probably took me over 20 minutes to complete. I think that I'll "skip" the next one

I also got a postcard with a URL for a survey after a late July stay at the Yacht Club.

I got one yesterday for our 12/1-7 stay at BWV. I liked it better than the old one because it allowed you to make specific comments, good or bad. The old one was just fill in the circles ranking everything, no place for comments. It's amazing that we've got one of these after every trip but it says they only select a small number. Wish I had that much luck with other things!

I recently received 2 online surveys - for OKW and
for VB. Nice touch, but I haven't stayed at either one.
I was at WL!!!

What's up with that??? LOL!!!
