I was notified that my resale purchase closed on 2/27 and when i just called Member Administration, I was told that I'd have to leave a message for the "Resale Team". The woman I spoke with was unable to provide an email address and told me that there are only two people in this group and they don't have time to answer the phones and do the work so it was not possible to hold for them.
I am a current member and don't recall hearing about this before. Is this new?
