I was notified that my resale purchase closed on 2/27 and when i just called Member Administration, I was told that I'd have to leave a message for the "Resale Team". The woman I spoke with was unable to provide an email address and told me that there are only two people in this group and they don't have time to answer the phones and do the work so it was not possible to hold for them.

I am a current member and don't recall hearing about this before. Is this new?:confused3
 
I was told that there are two people who process changing resale contracts from seller to buyers' names. I think you should just call back. Ask them to check to see if your contract is changed. You don't need to speak with the person doing the changing.
 
One person enters the contracts, the other enters the points. You don't need to talk to them unless there is a problem.

Call MS at the phone number your broker gave you, give them your SSN, and see if your contract and points are listed.

Or since you are member the contract will show up on the website once it is entered. No phone calls needed.
