DVC Purchase Incentives ???

We are considering purchasing at the BCV. We have looked at resales and due to the fact that we want a Sept. or Oct. use year we are leaning towards buying right from Disney at BCV. Does anyone know if there are any current incentives or if you can do any negotiating at all with the point $ or other fees? Also, we have two concierge rooms booked at the BWI for Dec. - will they apply those room charges to our purchase at all? Any feedback would be helpful!

The current offer is $5 magical beginnings at BCV. You sell back all or part of your first year points for $5 each. You still pay dues on them. Not a good deal in my opinion. They do not negotiate and they do not apply room charges to your purchase. The price per point is going from $80 to $84 Dec 1, so you may not want to wait until you get there in December. They way BCV is selling, DVC is in the driver's seat.
