DVC property ownership question

My wife and I are putting a offer in on a resale contract. We are Canadians (not sure if this matters at all) we would like to add our kids DD 8 & DS 6 eventually to the Deed once they are at least 18 and responsible. My question is what is the best way to protect our interest and the kids in this matter. We will add it to our will but is it best to put in trust until then? Kinda of unclear what is the best way to go.

Speak to an estate planning attorney who is licensed where you live; not just about your DVC holding but about your entire estate plan. And ignore any advice provided by well-meaning people on the internet (except of course for the advice I am providing).
