DVC parking at other resorts?

I remember reading on another board some people complaining about people parking at the monorail resorts and then going to the parks, so the guests of those resorts had problems finding a spot to park. I know Disney is suppose to be cracking down on this so my question is do DVC members still have the right to park all day at any of the resorts they want to pool hop to or does Disney give them a 3 hour pass that I heard some people were getting.

Aside from free valet parking at the DVC resorts that offer valet parking, a DVC member has the same (and only the same) parking priviledges as does any guest of a WDW resort.

To the best of my knowledge, there has never been any DVC "right to park all day at any of the resorts they want to pool hop to".
