DVC Online Tour---$40 gift card?

Did the tour on Jan2 and got the card today. Would have gotten it on Fri but missed the Fed Ex guy on friday. My daughter came by today and waited for him

We did the phone tour on January 1, received the DVD packet later in the week and finally received the $40 gift card on January 27. It took a lot longer than the $25 offer they had last fall but it was worth the wait.

It's been 30 days today, and I was trying to decide if I should call. Apparently it can take a while, so I'll give it another week or so...I'm not a good "waiter!"

It did end on the 21st. My parents called that night and they were sooo busy and understaffed that they set them up for a call back the next week. They honored the $40 since they noted it in their "account". Apparently, they said they underestimated the amount of calls they would get the last night of the promo and didn't want to make people wait.

Got my call from FedEx today for delivery tomorrow. I made the call on January 6th but had to call again on January 23rd because we never received the packet. Received the packet a few days later. So it will have taken 35 days for my GC.

I called Jan 7 and the packet came 3 days later. About two weeks ago, Judy called to see if we'd gone over the info and watched the dvd, told her we hadn't had the time yet, so today finally remembered to look at it. We're not buying in, too expensive for us, we like to vacation different places. This eve. a call came from Fed-ex saying we have a pkg. coming tomorrow to be signed for, so just one month. Yipee, $40 more for our F&G show trip in April My GC just came today, yay!!

I did mine at the start of December and still haven't gotten it either I already called a few weeks ago and told them I never got the packet or the gift card. Finally I have the packet of info. I'm going to try calling again later today to see whats up with the gift card!

Just got off the phone and the gift cards were "replenished" last Friday and are supposed to be going out in the next 2 weeks (which should mean 1 more week of waiting).

She said that almost all the cards that were supposed to go out at the end of December and most of January haven't been sent out because they had run out.

I called on January 13th, and I just got mine on Monday (3-5-12). I had no notice prior from FedEx though. It was a good thing I was home and went to the door! I was just thinking about calling them when it came.

I took the "tour" on 4.Dec.
Since then, 3 emails, (DVC replies, "Oh, we ran out and just sent yours out x days ago")
2 phone calls, basically same bs reply
1 letter sent by snail mail 2 weeks ago
0 gift cards.

This thread got me thinking about this so, I called again. The guy told me he didn't know why I didn't get the card, but I should call someone else. Of course, she didn't answer.
So, add 2 more calls to list above.
