DVC Loan Payment through website question

I was looking at the DVC Members website to look at my previous payments I made through the website, paying toward the principle and they are missing several of my payments.. Any ideas why this is happening? Should I be worried? I think they are missing a lot of my May Payments, I have print outs of all my Loan Payment Confirmations so I have proof that I paid it.

Let me know what you think and if this has happened to anyone.

Also, is there a place on the website that shows your monthly payments? The only payments I show are the ones I make over the website.

You should call MS immediately. My automatic monthly payments showed up on the Member's website as did the principal payments that I made.

Neither of my May payments have showed up either, not the extra one I made nor the monthly automatic one. Yet my balance is the correct amount it should be.

I will probably give a call tomorrow too.

So the automatic payments will be shown with the extra payments, on the same list? My April and May payments are not showing up for that.

This also has me a little worried. Our first auto payment was taken out on the 15th of this month and isn't showing up on the website. A few days ago it was showing that we would be making a payment. However, at the top of the screen it says that our payments are up to date with the next one coming out June 15th.

Same problem here -- but my May payment did show on the DVC site last week because I checked when I saw the money had been withdrawn from my checking account. I am guessing that it is a glitch with the system. I thought they only had that with reservations I'll be keeping an eye on it to see if it is fixed soon.

Hang on to your records showing the payments from your end in case you need to prove something but I imagine that it will be fixed soon.

I just checked the website and they finally have it all fixed.. They are now showing all my payments!!
