DVC i-homes

While staying at BCV I noticed how much my dh seemed to enjoy the ihome set-up with his i-phone. Plus, it makes charging a breeze...just pop it in there. SO, I want to get him one for Father's Day. However, I'm kind of (well, very) un-techy.

So, I pose this question to the DIS: which of the many i-home things out there is the best? Do they all fit the i-phone or are some just for i-pods? We don't really need another clock radio (have a Bose in the bedroom already) and desk space in his home office is a bit limited. So, nothing too big, will take the clock if I have to, easy charging option a must, plus the ability to play music from it. Tell me what to get! TIA!!

We have a couple. We got several of them from Kohls that don't have a clock or anything. DH has had his for 4 or 5 years and never had a problem.

Dh and I both use them at work everyday instead of listening to the radio. They should work with an iPhone as well as any iPod.
