DVC Hoop Dee Holidays

Does Poly have any display for Xmas?
Poly has a tree, but nothing extra besides basic decorations like garland and wreaths. It's honestly underwhelming compared to other Deluxe resorts.
Do the Epcot countries do different things for christmas? Also what is Jollywood? Ive seen ads for food but not really sure what it is
Yes, most countries gets a storyteller talking about holiday traditions around the world. There is also food booths like Food & Wine and a holiday cookie stroll. The Candlelight Processional is also offered in America.

Jollywood Nights is a separate ticketed event at DHS with exclusive food, shows, and character meet & greets.

Not to go too off topic here, there are separate threads for each of these things on the DIS outside of the DVC forum:

Google Festival of the Holidays and Holidays around the World. Christmas Storytellers at each country and food booths that serve appetizers for each country for between $6-$8. Plenty of other festivities also. I’ve never been to Jollywood yet but from what I have seen from Vloggers Videos, I will stick to Mickeys Christmas Party. JMHO though

Thanks, for all the info guys, wow, now I want to go during Xmas even more!
Sorry I cant resist the continued hijack. OMG, if you are even a little Xmas inclined this is such a must do. The storytellers they have at most of the pavilions are amazing. Italy and Norway are the standouts plus the France pavilions outfit is amazing. Combined with the cookie stroll and don’t even get me started on the Candlelight processional. MVMCP to me is a one and done unfortunately, there is no variation year to year and I cant justify the cost. It’s incredible to do once, don’t get me wrong, but I absolutely love festival of the holidays, it’s my happy place. Nothing better than a stay at Wilderness Lodge with that tree, and cool crisp air at Epcot, drinking a warm beverage and chomping on a cookie listening to one of the storytellers, IMO doesn’t get much better than that.

What is the cookie stroll 🤩 ive never been to Candlelight processional at dl either and ive lived by it for years, it is time for that!

Ofc I would be trying for wl with everyone else 🤣 better chances at brv or ccv?

During festival of the holidays they have different cookies at the festival booths around the world. Some are better than others but I’ve never met a cookie I hated lol.

We own direct at CCV so probably not the right person to ask. I think it would depend a lot on the size room you want. CCV has more studios but BRV has more 1 BR’s.
