How can I contact my guide? I do not have her # with me. Is there a main number to call? THANKS

Call the number on the back of your Membership ID Card. They can identify your guide once you provide them with your membership number.

Have you tried calling the number to order the video? That number is 1-800-633-5139. They should be able to get you to your guide. If not, try posting a thread with your guides name, somebody must have their number.
