Anyone used the DVC grocery order sheet? We're going at the end of March and not planning on doing any cooking, but want to order some drinks/ snacks/ breakfast items. I know the there other delivery services, but I thought the DVC order might help things similar for me. Any experiences or reviews?

While I don't do any cooking either while on vacation, I do like to have beverages, snacks and some breakfast items on hand also. I've used Amazon Prime Now for food deliveries while at WDW. There's free delivery for orders $35 or more as long as you don't want the order the same day. And you can shop from a few different stores. I've used it a few times and really haven't had any problems. If you're not in the room, the order is left with bell services.

Thanks!

Anytime! I plan on using them again in April!

Just used Amazon Prime Now and had good results, much cheaper than the Disney Order Prices, but talk to the front desk about where Amazon typically delivers orders. We were staying at VGF but all the orders were routed to the Main Resort GF.

That's always a good idea. At the Boardwalk Villas the groceries were left with Bell Services.

I've used Prime Now that last few trips. The quality has been great. Just a note: Prime NOW is different than regular Amazon Prime, it is a separate phone app, but accesses your Amazon info for billing and so forth.

We used to use the DVC order sheet and now do Garden Grocer, just because there is more selection and we can get more specific items.

Never had an issue with the DVC order sheet.

If it's just 1 or two items, the resort grocery location is fine. But when you want items for a week or longer the more economical way is either a local (WeGo Shop) shopper or any of the others offered like Amazon Prime Now and Garden Grocer. I'm sure there are more, but those I know. :) I just cringe when I look at some of the prices in The Screendoor at the Boardwalk for some of their items.

Always used Amazon. It’s been great. Even got us an older style iPad charger for my kid the next day when we realized we did not pack it.

Life saver.

Were planning on using them on our next trip. We’ve used garden grocer in the past which was great but even though we plan on cooking we always end up having extra groceries.

Had a rough experience with Instacart last week. We were staying at Kidani. I placed an order through Instacart the first day. It was shopped and gathered for the courier, then it was auto-cancelled. The email I received said I would be charged a $35 cancellation fee as well. I called Instacart immediately and although they couldn't tell me why it was cancelled, they refunded the fee and placed the order again.

And then later on I figured out why it was cancelled. The courier called me later in the day asking me where I was, because the address I entered (for Kidani) "looked like it was in the middle of nowhere." I confirmed the address and advised them to type "Kidani Village" in Google Maps, as I had done on the note, and they would see where it was. The courier left Publix, and drove around for about 45 minutes before calling me again because they were convinced the place didn't exist. I gave them the address - again - and verified that yes, it did exist, because I was standing in it, and they finally delivered about an hour later.

So, no more Instacart for us.
