If your DH doesn't want to bring his clubs on the plane, there are companies that will ship your clubs to your destination...for a fee.
I have been golfing at least once a year at WDW for almost 20 years, and I always bring my clubs even if it is for just one round. I have considered renting clubs, or shipping my clubs since the airlines began charging baggage fees. But in the end, it usually costs me more to either rent or ship the clubs so I take my own.
As has been noted above if you are using ME, getting your clubs to WDW is much easier. I even ask Bell Services to hold my clubs in their storage room until I am ready to go to the golf course. Then while I am waiting for the taxi the clubs are brought out from the storage room.
The tip on the taxi is covered by the voucher, and is clearly stated on the voucher as well.
The
DVC golf membership is a great deal.
I have also enjoyed many rounds of golf at Osprey Ridge, but was disappointed last month to see that the construction of the new Four Seasons resort has begun, and you can see the construction site from some of the holes...most notably the 17th. Even with seeing the construction, I still enjoyed golfing at Osprey Ridge
