DVC Fishing Tournament

My husband and 2 sons (18 and 20) did the DVC fishing tournament this past Thursday (June 25). They loved it! They were the only ones who had signed up so they had a private tournament. There was a nice continental breakfast set out for them (fruit, danish, coffee, juice) and they had takeout boxes there so they could bring any leftovers on the boat if they wanted them. The boat had a cooler with drinks. They gave out 2 nice trophies at the end. The guide was great and gave them great fishing tips. They used spinners for bait. Everything was provided. They each caught at least 5-6 bass during the 2 hour period (some were pretty big). The highlight was fishing near the dock where the Magic Kingdom ferry loads. They had a great time and would definitely do this again. Its a shame that more people don't take advantage of this fun activity.

Well my DFIL and I did it last october and we both enjoyed the fishing trip. The guide was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed going to various locations to catch fish. Well worth the money.
