DVC fastpass incentive

When we bought back in the summer our guide promised fastpass cards for us on our next trip as an incentive.

Does anyone know if I call Quality Assurance or my guide directly to get them ?
Also, do they mail them or we pick them up at the park ?

Call your Guide. You need to pick them up at the Preview Center at SSR.

That's really nice. Our Guide has us pick them up at the Preview Center.

When we previewed the rooms at SSR, we came from Epcot, during the middle of the day. Our guide told us we would get fastpasses.
Being that I follow Tour Guide Mike and his touring, I already had many, many sets of fastpasses that I would be using. I showed our guide the FPs and she instead gave us a few $50 gift cards (maybe 2 maybe 3, really not sure).
We ended up not purchasing there, although my mother was ready to sign on the dotted line . We waited until we got home and purchased 300 points at SSR, resale (well, my mother purchased them for us as a gift).
Just wanted to let others know that if you ask, you can get something else other than FPs.
