DVC discounted culinary demos and beverage seminars

Just wondering, when they released the discounted DVC demos and seminars, are all the spots released or only a % for the DVC discount? Specifically, I'm wondering about a beverage demonstration I tried to book today, which they told me was sold out. I wonder-does this mean it's completely sold out already? Or will more seats be released to the general public on July 20th, and maybe I could have gone if I were willing to pay the $2 more? Frankly, I don't mind that I had to choose a different one, but it was surprising that the wine seminar I wanted was sold out. Maybe it's a good wine-I admit I don't really know my wines!
