I like the bonus discounts we have and I am very grateful we have them in the first place. However, I think most are forgetting the biggest discount of all...the villa we paid to use for 40+ years.

I paid $12,000 for 40 years of 150 points per year. That comes out to a total of 6000 points. I pay monthly dues of roughly $52/month. That works out to $24,490 over 40 years (I know this will change over the 40 yrs). So, I paid/will pay a rough total of $36,960 for 40 years of vacation. Dividing $36,960 by 6000 points, comes out to about $6.16/point.

Considering that I am going to spend a week at one of Disneys "DELUXE" resorts, the BCV's, and that this vacation is only costing me 104 points at $6.16/point for a grand total of $640.64, I think it is plain to see where the "REAL" discount is.

Anything else is just GRAVY.

Why wouldn't I feel this way -it would be a great discount.

The difference is I wish for it - not that I think we are entitled to it (that word again). BIG DIFFERENCE.

The category with the highest rankings really doesn't say much because I don't think anyone is going to say "I love everything the way it is and wouldn't wish for anything else". It is human nature to want something more.
