That would be a nice perk for us DVC people. We like to spend alot of thime by pool and manytimes would liketo goto epcot at night.
It would seems like they could generate some revenue from us.
Who are looking for a nice epcot dinner.
Especially when staying at BCV or BWV.
They generate more income by selling us regular annual passes or premium annual passes.
True, but you could go into Epcot and easily drop $100+ for dinner nightly. Personally, I would rather pay for the After 4 pass and pay OOP for dinners than burn days off our park hoppers. They would make money on us.
They don't have a capacity issue in their restaurants. They operate at capacity now, what is going to be special about your dollar?
A dollar is a dollar.....I would imagine that they would want to keep my dollar on property and not see it go to some restaurant out on International Drive. Not that THAT would ever happen.![]()
Right now, the only way your dollar will make a difference is if you purchase a counter service meal. Most of the TS dining is always booked up solid. Except for maybe Marrakesh and the Chinese restaurant.

Yes, but right now, most Epcot restaurants can't TAKE an additional dollar. They are booked solid. You are suggesting something that will add demand for tables to increase Disney's revenue - but Disney's problem - since even before the advent of the DDP (and the DDP made it much worse) was not having enough tables to satisfy the demand.
Your idea is good - if Disney had excess supply of tables in restaurants in Epcot that were sitting empty.
The After Four pass is roughly $150. If your trips are typically five days or longer, you are probably buying expiring MYW tickets. At that point an extra day is only $5. You would have to visit Epcot thirty evenings in a year before you broke even---at which point a regular annual pass would have long been the better option.Personally, I would rather pay for the After 4 pass and pay OOP for dinners than burn days off our park hoppers
