Since we seem to have a gathering here of coffee experts and/or junkies, has anyone tried these? DH doesn’t do hot drinks at all, so I tend to rely on k-cups for park days when I know there’s no point in brewing a whole pot. But these seem like a good option to get a slightly better brew…

amazon. Amazon pointedly put their basic 200 pack of basket filters right underneath at $2.35. Maybe Jeff doesn't drink coffee or won't spend excessive amounts for it.
Long time coffee 'something' here. Have owned too many higher end coffee machines as well as Tassimo, Keurig and Nespresso. My absolute favorite is a french press and it gives me the more full bodied cup that I enjoy most. That said when I'm stumbling around a hotel room at 4am, it's not going to happen. Also in general I'm a bit lazy if someone isn't right there to hand it to me.
That said to get my morning caffeine fix fairly easily, I'll drink just about anything. Not everything. I drew the line at the Grand Floridian Resort Villas. On one visit they had a keurig with Joffrey pods. Next few stops, that weird little machine and it's packets. Can't remember the name. Or don't care to bother storing that info in my brain. Also, most hotels have objectional machines and inferior coffees in the rooms. I don't frequent too many higher end spots anymore as I'm now retired and in a little rut when it comes to travel aka DVC.
My favorite beans are Jamaican Blue Mountain and Kona, but long ago I discovered that not all that have the name are actually comparable coffees. So much goes into coming from the right micro climate and ending with the roaster and it's end consumer that it's difficult to stay up to date, at least for me.
Close family and friends have rallied around Nespresso. At least I'm guaranteed 'something' when I visit.
I do use copious amounts of raw sugar and half and half. After all sugar is something I shouldn't have and coffee is my best excuse to indulge myself. Don't enjoy flavored creamers. Other than the morning cuppa, later day is tea only, no sugar, hot or iced. And I'm fine with a little box of Twinings when I arrive and walk into Epcot. As soon as I choose one I like, next trip they won't have it.
Oh, and Grand Floridian Villas had a Nespresso - the bigger one - in the lobby with pods when they first opened. Last few times, it was gone and haven't been back since 2 years (resort villas) so I don't know when it got to be just a memory. The coffee was nice even in a paper cup, when compared to the packets.
