I bought resale about 2yrs ago do they send resale buyers cards or is that just for direct buyers? Im only asking because we have a trip coming up and i was curious..

From what I understand they do not anymore. You do have an online version you can access.

I have bought both resale and direct. They never sent a card. We did order one and got it. But today lots complain they never get the card when they ask for one.

If you bought resale after 4/4/16, I think you would only have the white online card.

If you look on your DVC account and see a white membership card, there is no need to call because if you are a white DVC card resale member, you will not be able to access any DVC discounts/perks. If you want to go up to the DVC lounge at BLT, you can just show your online white card.
