DVC board?

Is there a link to a separate DVC board that anyone knows about? DH and I are considering buying into one in the next few months, and I want to get the scoop. Of course all the Disney produced info is happ and cheery, but I want the dirt, the good and the bad, of being involved in the DVC.

There's a whole DVC board right on this site. Just look for the DVC/Timeshare thing and click on it. It's on the main page of this site.

TDERadulski, I have been a DVC member for a few years (before the Dis board's DVC board came into being). Here is the link to the Dis' DVC Board (click here). Feel free to PM me with any questions or post them over on that board -- it is full of wonderful people with lots of knowledge to pass along.

For what it's worth, I didn't buy into the DVC until a few years after I had attended a DVC presentation during one of my WDW vacations. When I finally bought in, I had only one regret -- that I hadn't bought into it when I first had the opportunity.

This is all my humble opinion and others' opinions will vary, as it should be.

Thank you for the link to the DVC discussion board. I have most of the evening, since putting DS to bed, reading it.
There is alot of info out there to sift through... I think I will cal Disney tomorrow and ask them to send me information. We are staying atthe WL later this month...maybe we could arrange a tour of the new DVC resort and obtain info at that time.
