Hello! Does anyone know the phone number or who to call to renew my AP? On the DVC website, it directs me to the ticket store but it only has the purchase of the 1st time AP, not the renewal. Can I renew it at the DVC price at the parks? If so I may just do that next month. Thanks!

You can purchase it at the renewal price at WDW if you are within 1 month of the date your pass expired. We purchased ours through WDW ticketing. They send you these green vouchers through the mail, then you trade them in for the APs. Sorry, I dont know the phone #. I believe if you call reservations, you should be able to get the tickets, or they will direct you to the right place.

You can renew your DVC AP through the AP website. I do this every year and it works perfectly. You print a renewal certificate that you turn in for the new pass. Though you buy NEW DVC APs through the DVC website, you have to order renewal DVC APs through the AP website. Of course, you need to register your AP on the AP website too. If you register, you will (at least most of us do) get AP notices. Once you pay for it and choose willcall, you are sent a barcoded certificate that you need to print. (I print too, just in case I missplace one.)

You can renew on site at any Guest Relations booth. As long as you have your DVC membership card, you will receive the DVC renewal price.

Since there is unlikely to be another price increase in the next 30 days, there is no pressing reason to renew online or over the phone if you are going to be there next month. You'd still have to stop at Guest Relations to exchange the confirmation number or voucher for the actual pass.

Related question - MS told me I had to wait until 30 days prior to the expiration of my current pass before renewing - even via the disney website. But reading this thread it seems like I can renew on-line earlier. My AP expires Dec. 6 but I won't be back at WDW until Dec. 13th I want to renew it at DVC rate. MS also said I could renew on Dec 13 at WDW since you can renew up to 30 days past the expiration date. My concern with on-line renewal is the getting the exchange certificate in time. Any thoughts?

Unless you are trying to spread out your spending, I'd renew at WDW. By renewing online you are not saving any time as you still have to go to Guest Services to exchange your voucher for the actual AP. You will get the DVC renewal rate at WDW as long as you show your blue member card.

I agree. When I last asked, you could renew anytime while you have a valid pass through 30 days after. I paid for my next renewal earlier this month prior to the $$$ increase and my pass doesn't expire until October. There's no urgent need to renew now if you are going to WDW a week after your expiration date so you have some options. Either way, you'll end up at Guest Services.:goodvibes
