DVC Annual pass payment plan?

Is there a payment plan available for DVC annual pass?
We have Seaworld annual pass .There is an option to be billed monthly.
Does Disney offer this option?

One thing you can do if you have more than 1 to buy is buy the vouchers online or over the phone one at a time.

How far in advance can the vouchers be purchased? The pass begins the first day you enter the park not the day you buy it? Correct? So if you are traveling in September can I buy a pass in January and not activate it until the first day of my sept vacation??

You can buy regular AP certificates years in advance. We have enough AP certificates and tickets to last us until 2020.

The pass begins the day you pick it up by either exchanging a voucher or using will call so don't pick up your pass until you intend to use it to enter a park.
